What breed is this lovey roo

I picked this roo up from the side of the road. He appears to be a year old and is one of the sweetest chickens I have ever had

Wow, no idea what breed he is (probably some kind of mix), but what a handsome boy!

He is quite a sweet guy. Looked like a hen when we got him because he was so malnourished and dehydrated. He must have been confined because he didn't know how to walk either :/
