what breed is this rooster?

This rooster was part of several baby chics I raise from day 1. Not sure what breed this one is. Any idea?

Where did he come from? My first thought is mixed breed, so if he's from a hatchery he's likely an EE. A closer pic would help, I can't really see what type of comb he has.

I bought all baby chics from the local stores. They all claimed the chics were shipped directly from hatchery.

What is EE?

EE is Easter Egger, sorry. Often sold by hatcheries as Ameraucana or Aracauna, but they're really not those breeds. EE are basically birds bred to lay blue or green eggs----although with roosters, it's kind o fa moot point

OMG!!! You are absolutely right. It's an Ameraucana rooster.

after I read your post, I went back to my note and check to see how many Ameraucana chics I bought. I bought 4 but now only saw 3 hens.
