What breed is this rooster

When I purchased a set of chicks this past spring from the local farm store they were all supposed to be pullets. Well as they grew bigger I realized I had this guy in the mix. His name is Roy.

Well now I would like to know what Roy is. His tail feathers have tints of blue and green. He is extremely vocal and aggressive with hens that aren't in his original flock. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!
