Sorry for the horrible picture - what breed is this rooster?

We were given this rooster by someone who doesn’t know what type he is. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Looks like A Golden cuckoo marans, maybe a mix

Hard to tell from that picture - coloring does almost appear to be golden cuckoo - perhaps a mix or project bird of some sort. If possible post a free standing picture. He is a beauty.
