What breed can this rooster be? I'm thinking it's a Silkie cross?

looks like some kind of silkie crossed with ????? looks more silkie though

I dont know if silkies have feathered legs, so could it be a silkie x brahma or cochin? (White Cochin)

He's definitely got some Silkie in him! And yes, it's characteristic of the breed to have feathered feet.

He's a Silkie, nothing crossed in there except more than 2 generations back. Remember people, Silkied feathering is recessive, so you can't just cross two things and expect a bird like him.

Ideal Hatchery for example is well known for Silkies so poor in type that you run across single combs like that.

There are two types of silkies. The bearded and non bearded. He looks like a non bearded to me.

The person I got it from said he's pure breed. Obviously he's very bad quality.
