what breed is this rooster?

This chicken has kept us guessing and guessing. We recieved it with a flock of 10 laying hens and the person swore up and down he was a she. Till "she" started crowing. What I'm curious is, what breed is he? He has silver feathers near his head. His wings are black, teal, and white. small comb, and he is about a year old

He (and he's a he for sure) looks like a Wyandotte cross... maybe with an Easter Egger.
