What Breed Is This Rooster?

A friend of mine just sold this rooster for a pretty good amount of money. Does anyone know exactly what breed it is? We are both unsure. It seems to be a rare breed. Thanks for your help.

It is a variety of game fowl, Brazilian, Thai, or such. I definitely am not an expert on the game birds.

1st guess is a game bird, but kinda looks like a bantam leghorn?

Saipan "Jungle Fowl". ? I looked on Feather Site and this is the closest I could get.

That looks like it. I think you are pretty dead on. Are these a rare breed here in the United States.

I saw that Ideal sells them. I don't even know what made me look them up.

I agree, this is a dead ringer for jungle fowl. Not many breeds share that torpedo shape and that huge tail.
