What breed is this rooster?

I only have had hens, up until about a month ago. Any help identifying this beautiful boy?

Does he have white or yellow legs? On my monitor they look yellow in the first picture and white in the others. In the last picture is that a spur or a 5th toe?

Yellow legs? It's a spur and not a 5th toe. Welsummer was my guess too.

Partridge Rock was my first guess, if the legs are yellow.
