What breed is this tiny little rooster?

Sebrights are hen-feathered, laced, have blue legs, and have a rose comb. He has none of those traits.

@Gray Farms makes a fair point, if none of the hatcheries tsc gets chicks from have seramas, it's impossible that he is one. Unless, for whatever reason, they have seramas but they aren't listed on their hatchery website.

It means a rooster won't have the male-specific pointed hackle and saddle feathering and will have the coloration of a hen.

I think that he is a serama. But the important is that he is adorable!
Keep love him because he is particular! No matter what breed he is!

Serama. But usually the tail is more erect. Very surprised they were at TSC.
