What breed is this too and any guess at age?

I got him as a gift and I'm not sure of his breed or age

He looks like a mixed breed rooster. It's difficult to determine his age, particularly from the angle of the pic. His legs look fairly wrinkled. How long are his spurs?

He's still pretty young I think. He hasn't crowed and has little nubs coming in where I assume his Spurs will grow

Mixed breed cockerel, likely with some Barred Rock and something red. I don't know if the possible infection in his foot would inhibit maturity, but I'm thinking 3ish months, give or take.

It's difficult to say for sure, but I'm thinking he's somewhere from 3-4 months old.
