literally off ebay so it could be anything, but i noticed theres a very distinct dark brown spot on top of the head if that means anything

All chipmunks have that.nodds are its a mixed breed

Striped chick, single comb, clean feet could be:
Speckled Sussex
Brown Leghorn
Welsummer
Cream Legbar pullet (but not Cream Legbar cockerel)
some Olive Eggers
some Easter Eggers
several colors of Old English Game Bantams
Gold Phoenix
Many mixes of those breeds and some other breeds

And I'm probably forgetting a few possibilities.

Speckled Sussex chicks have pinkish white legs (shanks).
The lighting makes it hard to tell the color of the legs.

Did you get it as an egg or as an already-hatched chick? What did the listing or the seller say about it?

The chick was an egg, the sellers will usually sell eggs from one specific breed but because we bought so many we lost track of which is which since we only marked the dates and not the seller's breeds

In that case, if you have a list of what breeds were actually ordered, we should be able to figure out which breeds it could be and which ones it definitely is not.
