What breed is this White Bantam?

Only surviving solid white bantam with clean legs in a shipment... could it be a White Cornish Bantam? Or a Red Pyle OEG? Or, would McMurray's send Japanese that had long legs or do they cull those out before shipping? If they ship long legged ones, then add black tailed white japanese to the possibilities.

ANy ideas? If it can't be ID'd yet... how do each of these breeds develop... what should I look for in the coming days/weeks? (and also, what do I look for for sexing these breeds)

I don't know what it IS, but I do know that hatcheries do NOT cull for faults.
