What breed is this?

i was sold this chick as a welsummer but could it be a barnvelder from another bin. Can anyone shed light on the breed for me?

Personally, I think he's quite handsome. Love his coloring!

Definitely not a welsummer...I have some of those and they aren't that dark as chicks

The darker ones with stripes down their backs here are welsummers
