What breed is this?

I got this chicken from my grandmother last year,it's an excellent chicken (raised the ducklings in the background) but i never asked myself what breed is this? I think it's a hybrid of some sorts. Can someone please tell me what it is?

Cochin cross, possibly a Japanese/Cochin cross with those short legs and high tail.
