What breed is this?

So I'm not entirely sure what breed of chicken I got since the place I got them from has a few different breeds from which this chicken could have came from. My guess so far is a grey Ameraucauna, ( apologies if I spelled that wrong ) possibly mixed with something else, but what do you think?

He doesn't have many traits of an Ameraucana-- no beard and no pea comb. But it's possible. I'd ask the seller what they think.

We actually hatched these chicks from our school flock, and the ag teacher has no idea what breeds we have. Only reason is guessed Ameraucauna is because that's the only breed I can find that matches his pattern lol.

Ah, okay. There are actually a lot of breeds with blue varieties. Blue Australorps, blue Andalusians, Sapphire Gems, olive eggers, and a lot more. Egg color can help narrow it down when you have a pullet, but he's a cockerel, so that won't work. I'd just call him a pretty mixed breed and leave it at that since there's really no way to tell what breed or mix he is.

Could be sapphire gem or andalusion but I think bluebell. Not prairie bluebell. In England we have a hybrid called the bluebell that sometimes appears in America under “mixed breed?” It is a blue marans RIR cross

in England praire bluebells are called emerald eggers
