What breed is this?

I bought some baby chicks and one looks like this (about 2 months old). Could someone please tell me what breed is this?

Looks like a Rhode Island Red but I'm new only had chicks 3 weeks.

I thought Rhode Island Red is more uniformally red brown. My chick has feathers on its legs and long fluffs under feather.'

Granted, I have one... but the first pic looks like it has white spots, and it has the white legs.
