What breed is this

I'll get pics in the morning but she is a Rhode island red x leghorn rooster crossed with a normal black rock she is the same color as a blackrock but she doesn't have as good of a shine and where the blackrock s oronge would be hers is more pale yellow

It's a mix, is all.
There aren't really names for mixes......:-/

But I seen guys at a sale who had birds the exact same but they had a name for them and I just can't remember

Guys at a sale or you can call them anything you want but they aren't any breed.
When you breed three different breeds together they are mix breeds nothing else.
Sometimes two breeds are bred together and called different things but that's just to identify what the cross is. Like a sex link. They are not a breed either but can be called a hybrid.
You can't mix breeds and call them a breed. To be a breed they need to breed pure and mixes can't do that.

A true black Rock is solid black, there is no orange. A black sex link often has a red or orangey chest and most likely what you have.

You are doing a 4 way cross. RIR x Leghorn with a black sex link (RIR x barred Rock). A cross between 2 mixed breeds results in yet more mixed breeds. You can call them whatever you want but they are mixes. To be a real breed they must breed true and yours will not. The females will probably be good layers though.
