My guesses would be Bielefelder, Bielefelder mix, or Rhodebar.

Possibly one of those designer meat breeds which don't mature as quickly as Cornish X. I'm rather uneducated when it comes to these, but I believe this one would be called a Dixie Rainbow? Someone please correct me if I'm off.
