Yeah I definitely think they are pretty...after some searching I wondering if they might be splash cochins ???

Not cochins. Cochins have massive foot feathers and I really tried to see foot feathers......but I see clean slate colored legs.

They have the leg feathers I can see but doesn't cover the entire leg or the foot

I don't see silver laced anything, cochin anything, or light brahmas. Don't get the one in the back with it's head up, it's a roo.

Ah...I couldn't tell if it was "foot in motion" or small feathers I was seeing.

They may be blue splash cochins with poor or undeveloped leg feathering.

When are you scheduled to see them in person?
