I am assuming a roo. The breeder said he’s a jersey giant but someone else said Americana.

Not sure, the legs and comb are wrong for jerseys and the face isn't right for a Real Ameracauna, unless it doesn't have great breeding.

He’s super pretty whatever he is. I just can’t keep him. So we will just return to the breeder.

I purchased these as 6wk old Araucanas. They look nothing like the photos I see of rumpless Araucanas. They have quite fluffy headgear as well. They are approx. 4 - 5mths of age, not laying yet. Thanks for any breed info.
