I was thinking Campine until I saw the leg color. I do not see silver penciled anything anywhere near that bird. I think it is probably something of the partridge pattern crossed (possibly a partridge rock or wellie)

Looks like an easter egger (i.e. has some Ameraucana traits, but doesn't look like a pure Ameraucana = easter egger). It has a slight beard, correct or does it just seem that way on the picture?
