I agree that the first rooster is a Malay or Shamo or maybe an Aseel.. I don't know how to differentiate between the breeds.

I went back and looked at the picture and it sure looks like a RIR to me

That Roo has the tipical pattern of a bb-red bird, or a light brown bird. Wether its body type looks like a rir or not, It isn't one.
