I bought 12 of these, and at the time was told they were white leghorns. As they started to grow an get thier colors on i relized these are not white leghorns. i looked around and thought they might be cinnamon queens but still not sure. any help would be appreciated. They are all supposed to be pullets.

Red sex links have many names. Red sex link, red stars, gold sex link, gold comets, cinnamon queens and the list goes on. They all have either a rhode island red or a new hampshire red for the fathers but the mothers are all different breeds. The female chicks will be red with either white or black underfeathers and the males will all be almost entirely white. If you breed a sex link to a sex link you will not get sex links. You will get nice chickens that lay well but they will not be color sexable at time of hatch and throughout their lives.

The birds you have there that look like the one pictured are female sex links. Awesome layers and they will lay a large brown egg. They are pretty hardy in cold and heat as well.

Thank you all very much, I also bought about 13 RIR Pullets at the same time i bought these and you can defintly tell that they are RIR's. Not that it is a big deal as to the breed,It is just nice to know lol. I love all 76 of my chickens no matter the breed! Thanks again ya'all!
