What Breed is this?

Can anyone tell me what breed of chicken this is?

I think it's a California White but the picture isn't that good. I think it has white earlobes, but the comb seems a little small so I'm not sure.

My Cali white must be way off then. She has a big comb, and is much leaner in the body, like a Leghorn (which they are about 75%).

She does have a bit of black feathering, but not as much as the photo. Mine came from Ideal. Perhaps they vary with the producer.

It looks like an old english game bantam to me... maybe a splash? I know they are very good at hatching eggs and the chicks look like standard size. Just my opinion though...
