What breed is this?

I have been looking everywhere to find out this breed. They are yellow and have the black feathers on their neck and tail. They have fethred feet. This is a picture of a Hen and Rooster. She just started laying so I think they are not but maybe 6 or 7 months old.

They're a really good breed. Very calm and easy to work with.

Buff Brahmas. Probably the friendliest ones of all my flock! (But sometimes they get picked on for this reason). Very wonderful birds.
