What breed is this hen?

This is a photo from the MannaPro catalog that just came in the mail. I'm asking because when I was a kid, I had a hen who looked EXACTLY like this. Comb so big and floppy that she couldn't see out of one eye. Was hysterical to watch her run and see that thing flop all about. Mom always said she was a Cornish Game hen but now that I'm older and have chickens myself, I'm not so sure. And was always curious.

Here's me holding her. I never wanted to post this photo asking because the quality is terrible. But then people are so knowledgeable on this group that they probably would have known anyway.
