What Breed is this?

Hi everyone and Happy Fourth of July! I purchased 13 pullets from Tractor Supply and thought 3 of them were Ameraucanas. Due to their large size...I am questioning their breed. They are extremely docile and shy. They are about 3 1/2 months old here in the pics. Maybe they are Wyandottes?? By the way, one of our Buff Orpington pullets turned out to be a rooster, now named Benjamin. Thanks for your help.

They look like "Dixie Rainbows"/"Pioneer"

Thank you for getting back to me. I was concerned that they may have been broilers....due to the rapid large size compared to our Orpingtons and Rhode Islands. Are they considered dual purpose?

Never kept them myself, but from what I can find they are marketed as dual purpose.
