What Breed is This?

I was given two Rhodebar roos and nine hens and this young rooster. It is the same coloration of one of my new Rhodebar roos but it does not have the white earlobes on each side of its head. What is he?

I'm confused, are you asking about the bird in the pic? Rhodebar roosters don't have white earlobes. Legbar roosters can.

Thanks. The coloration is exactly like the mature Rhodebar roo. I knew that the white earlobes does not go with Rhodebars. So you are saying this roo is a Legbar. I am not familiar with them but I will definately start researching. Thanks again for your input.
