What breed is white with black feathers around neck and tail??

I saw these at 4H fair and they are absolutely beautiful. I don't know the breed...anyone? Pics??? I may need to get some of these! They also had buff colored ones, also with black around neck and tail....

well here is a few....
buff brahma and light brahmas
light and buff sussex
columbian wyandotte and buff columbian wyandotte
uhm im sure there is alot more these are just off top of my head

depends on how you mean.......those that have been listed, or lakenvelders which are even blacker at neck and tail than those listed.

Sounds like Brahmas to me.

Thanks for the info on the Feathersight. It just takes sooooo long to load anything with lots of pictures.
Brahma look most like them, but they do not have feathers on their legs, and the black around the neck is just a few rows of feathers, like they are wearing necklaces! Well, I probably have till next spring to research!!! Thanks so much!

Now I'm looking at Delawares! Would any breed be capable of having variations that could go from a whole black head, say, to only a couple rows of black feathers completely symmetrical all around the neck???
