What breed is white with black feathers around neck and tail??

I've heard from someone that Ideal has columbians but I can verify that. I have two broodies and one feeding chicks which leaves me with one laying right now. ...so, I won't have eggs for a month or two. I will hatch 15 or so as soon as they start back up for anyone who's local. ...I don't ship

But, the fella I got mine from may. Here's his site. Cochinsrule.com click on Tom Roebuck's "Gold Feather Farm"... then click on photos of my birds to see his stock.

Well if they didnt have feathers on there feet they could be Plymouth Rocks or even Wyandottes they both come in the Columbian pattern. Here is a picture of the Plymouth Rock (not my bird)

I thought you said they didn't have feathered feet?...... Cochins have feathered feet...

Back to the beginning....no, no feathers on their feet.
I guess it's just a "Columbian" something else?? Can other breeds have that exact feathering around the neck. The top pick of the hen sitting down (I couldn't see the legs there) looks just like it.
