What breed next

im just wondering what type of roo to get next i like bielefelders and i wanted to explore my options
let me know what you would pick and why
(i probably wont need a new one any time soon tho

Mine isn’t the prettiest but we are loving our Lavender Orpington! He’s been quite the gentleman, he’s very quiet, he tells the babies when it’s time for bed, he takes a lap around the coop every night to make sure everyone is in, and he eats out of my small children's hands. I wasn’t keen on the idea of having a rooster but he’s winning me over.

If you like Bielefelder's, then get one. But, those boy's get big, so I wouldn't put him in with any bantam hen's.

Get frizzles or ameraucanas! My friend has some and they're really cool!

i dont like frizzles . for ameraucanas I have one and im looking to try a new breed hes good (he attacks predators)but he is way to flighty and so are my 3 hens

That's good then. I have 2 of the Bielefelder rooster's over here, and they don't fight.

okay good i want to add 1 roo and 2 hens but it might be a year or 2
