what breed of duck lays any color egg except white or off white????

That IS prolific - up to 60 ducklings per year from one hen, with no incubator!

3 sets per year (or more) is only to be expected if you take the ducklings away at hatch. You can also get 3 sets from 'scovy hens if you leave them with their ducklings in warmer climes. Here, I expect 2 if they raise their own.

The term 'prolific' generally means number of offspring raised. Muscovies are one of the most prolific breeds out there because of mothering ability. EGG LAYING ability is totally different. I find that muscovies aren't really egg layers unless they WANT to raise a clutch. If I take the eggs away (to eat or sell), they either stop laying or lay in a hidden area so that I stop stealing them, and they can raise a brood.

You could get runners or other laying breeds and get an egg a day - but they may not set, so getting ducklings is totally up to your incubator hatching skills.
