The first looks to be American Game but the other 2 ( the birds in pic. 2 and 3 ) are a American Game cross maybe with a Asil.
The reason I think there a cross is do to there Pea Comb. American Game have a Single Comb.

They all look pure American Game. Some American Games do have pea combs, and an Asil cross would look much different.

As for their exact name/strain, not sure honestly. I so often don't know the difference, I just find some more attractive than others because of their tail and body carriage.

American gamefowl, they are partially hatch fowl but can't answer on purity. The hen in the photo with your dad's looks crossed with a production type breed.. Really all of them appear a little "off" but that could just be the photos. The measure of a true game is not in the looks, but the personality.

that female chicken looks to me like a brown leghorn or possibly a hatch game.

I say they are all hatch, probably Yellow Leg or Kelso Hatch with maybe a little Sweater mix. Many of the Hatch types have a pea comb. The hen is probably the same type. Many of the game hens look alike.
