There are several breeds that could be in his background. Faverolles is a possibility--maybe twice removed as I don't see feathered feet.

With the Pea Comb and beard I would guess an Easter Egger. ie he has some Ameraucana in his background but is not a purebred becasue of his coloration, thus getting the generic Easter Egger designation. If you are lucky he will carry the blue egg gene and may hatch some blue or green egg laying pullets out of him!
