What breed of Rooster?

I have plenty of Hens and am a fairly good judge of breed when it comes to females but I’ve had very few roosters and am entertaining the idea of beginning to breed as our local hatchery stopped selling chicks and now only sells started pullets. I was at an auction recently and bought a rooster but they didn’t mention the breed or else I did not catch the name? Any ideas of what breed this is would be helpful. He lost a few tail feathers during transport.

Thank you for answering I have quite a few Easter eggers he appears to be be hanging out with them a lot more than my polish, andalusians, barred rocks, and australorps not that it matters much.
