He does not look like any breed I am familiar with, but then I am not familiar with everything! I believe he is a mixed breed. Is he supposed to be a particular breed as far as you know?

Hi! I bought him from Wilco last year, but I have no memory of what he is. I don’t think Wilco would sell mixed breeds. I hatched some eggs that were from his ladies and they all have such a beautiful cream and blue/gray colors to them.

I think he's a Blue Sexlink. Like a Black Sexlink, but Blue. The females are mostly solid colored, the males have barring, which lets you tell the genders apart at any age.

They are created by crossing two breeds, so are technically a mix, but it's a deliberately made mix for a specific purpose (lays well and looks pretty.)

Maybe a Sapphire Gem or Sapphire blue Plymouth rock. These are both laying hybrids created by hatcheries.

I think @JedJackson is correct! Found this photo of a sapphire gem rooster and it looks just like yours. They are a sex-linked hybrid. Male chicks have a white spot on their heads at hatch, females do not.
Technically a mix breed!
