What breed or mix of rooster is this?

I saw this (what I think is a rooster- seemed to have spurs) at the garbage dump today. I loved the colors. Wasnt sure what breed.

She is a game hen of some variety. Yep, they sometimes have spurs.

I kind of feel bad 4 her.. guess it's common that they see people dump off chickens and roosters at the dump... The nearby town has a hen only rule so I can see where people would dump off roosters sometimes. I have a large property and a large coop! I should have grabbed her.
