What breed or mixed breed is she?

Looks like a Buff cochin to me. Not an expert in that matter, though...

She looks exactly like my hatchery buff orpingtons, except mine don't have feathered legs. Mine even have that brownish coloring on some of the tail feathers. (is this called leakage?) It was odd, they were solid buff till a few weeks ago I noted the brownish coming in on the tail feathers.
