What breed, picked it up at an auction

What breed is this black feathered footed hen, she stands about a 12" at full height. Picked her up at an auction.

Looks like a mixed breed to me. I would say some austrolorp or jersey giant combined with a feather legged bantam.

Looks like a cross of a cochin and a java... There's a possibility it's a pure cochin.

I think she's likely just a poorer quality bantam cochin hen. Pure cochins should have fluffier, rounded tails, so she may be mixed. She might make a good broody hen for you.

Thanks for the input, I think she is mixed. Great layer , brown eggs slightly smaller than my Golden Comets and she is in charge of the brood.
