Red Sex-link rooster. I would certainly quarantine him for at least 2 weeks before introducing him to the rest of your flock. Otherwise, you risk introducing disease.

I agree on the RSL roo and the quarantine. Also, since you're fairly protective of your hens, you might want to watch some videos to see what is involved in chicken mating before you turn him lose with them. First mating attempts are often not pretty, and can be distressing to folks who didn't grow up with this stuff.
