What Breed(s)???

I have this rooster, that we got from a neighbor. I'm sure he's mixed, but would like some input on what you think he's mixed with. My thoughts are possibly some Brown Leghorn. Because he does have a single comb. (It got frostbite) and he has white earlobes, and a smaller carriage. His legs are grey.
I just would like some of your opinions, because I have a chick that's half barred rock, and half him. View attachment 1506120
TIA
What size is he relative to the other chickens? Are those black dots on his legs feathers?

Hatchery sent me these as silkies but they are 4 weeks old and don’t look like silkies to me

Black cochins and barred rocks (could also possibly be cuckoo marans). Too young to sex.

Barred birds can be sexed on hatch.
My money is on two female Cochins and one male. Quote me on it because I am certain :p
Though many people claim they can, I don't think it's quite that simple. For instance, I have seen some very light colored barred hens (I'll post some pics when I get on my other computer), and I've also occasionally seen barred roosters that are sold as pure, but only have one copy of the barring gene. In edition, neither of these chickens have a particularly large or red comb.

As for the cochins, I personally am not certain on chickens that young unless they have a large, brightly colored comb. The one you claim is a male could very easily be a fast-developing female, or the other ones could just be slow-developing males.

I'll try to get a picture of him with one of my big hens.
No, the dots aren't feathers. He has this terrible "disease" on his legs. It has totally eaten all his scales off, and makes big limbs and scabs on there too. It's kind of like scaly leg mites, but 5 times worse. I've tried putting Vaseline on them, and it helped a little, but then it just came right back. If you have any suggestions, I'd appreciate it! It's weird too, because none of the other chickens used to have it. His legs look white now, but when we first got them, they were grey.
