What breed? Serama or Nankin?

I bought these hens from a backyard hobby breeder. Hind sight being 20/20, I shouldn't have. She was selling them as Serama's. If they are, they are poorly bred. I just came across some info on Nankins and am now wondering if the girls are in fact Nankins? Is there any decisive way to find out?

The roo seems very Serama to me, but has some length to his back and white legs no he will not be part of my project. The girls though have a lighter tinge to their comb and wattles.
Here is the roo I bought from the same woman. He seems more Serama than not....but Im not sure.

not a nankin they have blue legs and only come in a chestnut body with black tail

Id say some not good quality Seramas. But they can still be great pets!!

The rooster is still beautiful!

The rooster looks like a Nankin, actually. The black tail and tips of wings and the blue legs points towards Nankin. He's really pretty.

on my computer his legs don't look blue they look whitish pink

Well...on my computer they look blueish. But, if they are white, then he is probably a Nankin. (White legs are common although a fault in Nankins)

Thank you all for your responses. I am going to see if I can find someone locally to evaluate. They were sold to me as Seramas. They are a hoot to watch.
