Has she laid any eggs yet?
^If so, was the egg black?
Did you get her form a breeder?
^If so, did the parents have any genetic probables that could stunt her growth?
^If not, and you got her cheaper than $1,800 then the parents probable do have any genetic probables that stunt her growth.
I am very sure that she is an ayam cemani chicken, which btw is werth $2,500 per chicken

I got her from someone. She's Not laying eggs yet. They're way cheaper her in San Diego California like $70

She looks a like an Ayam Cemani cross to me. Probably crossed with something with feathered feet. She doesn't look like a Silkie cross as they're usually partially crested (in my experience). The Pekin x Silkie is quite popular around Britain I've found, but, they don't look like that.

Ayam Cemani do not have feathered feet and the hens look thinner than the hen pictured, I'm not an expert or anything so I hope someone does correct me if I'm wrong.

Even if she did lay, Ayam Cemani eggs are cream, not black.

They're quite poor layers and brooders according to the breeder I purchased mine from. Mine were very cheap but of good standard.

But yes, I'd say a AC cross, to pin point exactly what you'd have to ask the someone. Lots of breeds have feathered legs: Brahmas, Pekins, French Marans, Silkies... but I'd say most likely it's a Pekin. Beautiful pullet :)

wow, either i'm wrong about the breed/ or she's a mix/ or they had no clue that she is worth $2,500 / or i'm right about the genetic probables. Either way, when she lays her egg, if its black then shes an ayam cemani, if not then she's something else but i don't know any other fully black breeds. Maybe someone else will know...
