What breed, what gender??

Pullets can have spur buds and develop spurs. I have a hen with 1/2" long spurs.
Your girl just seems a little out of it. How long have you had her? Has she been exposed to your chickens or your soil yet? She may be in the early stages of coccidiosis. That is what it looks a bit like to me but that is just an impression. I would keep a good eye on her.
Okay, will do. What could I treat her with if she does have Coccidia? I’m not used to this cause my chickens health is very important to us. Unfortunately, yes she was thrown in by the crazy guy who brought her to us. So annoying. I told my husband to get that chicken out of our coop right away. For the chickens sake and my chickens as well. I hope she gets better. She’s extremely timid. Do you think through enough handling she’ll come around?

And did you remove her from the coop?

I'd isolate that bird in a wire cage for a day or two....so I can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling. Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Yes, we removed her right away. She’s in a crate currently with water grit and grower crumbles. Should I treat with coccidia dewormer regardless? If so, what’s the name and where can I get it?

Is she the only new bird you brought in?
She doesn't need grit(granite or calcium), and you don't want her to gorge on it.
Is she eating and drinking?
I, personally, would wait and assess her crop function and look at poops first.
Do you have crate set up so you can clearly see, and photograph, her poops?

BTW... a coccidiostat(like Corid) is not the same as a wormer.
I don't know the dosage regime for Corid as I've never given it.
I believe @Eggcessive or @Wyorp Rock would know.

Yes, only new bird. I know she doesn’t need calcium yet but she also doesn’t need chick grit either? She’s not gorging on anything just eating and drinking normally. Yes, the I can see her perfectly through the crate. So Corid is Amprolium which is in medicated chick starter and grower, right?

Not if she's only eating crumble....but won't hurt her to have it.

Yes, and usually but depends on the feed, read the fine print to know for sure.
Are you feeding medicated?
There's some caveat about feeding medicated and using Corid.

If she acts lethargic, is a little puffed up, not eating, or having runny poops, those can be signs of coccidiosis. If she has those I would get Corid (amprollium) and use 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. It won’t hurt her if she doesn't have it.
