What do you mean by red leakage?

This rooster has red leakage in his wings, hackle, and saddle:

Seeings as you guys were so helpful with my last post, perhaps you could also help me with what these 2 birds are. Gone from the same group of birds at my work. 5 or 6 weeks old.

Those two are also cockerels.

If the ear lobes turn white they are Leghorns. If red/brown patches grow in over the wings, they’re Lohman brown cockerels.
