What breed?

Since the coons got to my young rooster I was raising we are picking up a new one. The owner said he's less than a year old and she doesn't know what breed. Here's a picture she sent of him. Anyone know what breed he is or if he's just a mix or somthing. Thanks

He looks like a bantam Cochin, best guess on colour would be lemon something or a jubilee
