They look like hatchery RIR's to me (the tail, the color and stance).
Also, OP, you seem surprised that you have some cockerels in the flock?
Did you buy straight run chicks or did you have a broody hatch eggs?

How do you know there are at least 2, is that just an estimated guess or can you tell by my picture? I know I have 1 rooster for sure. Is a cockerel and a rooster the same thing. Thank you for all the help and info!!!

OP????? I'm not to surprised by having cockerels, like I said before, I was suppose to be getting cinnamon queens so the I thought all of them to be hens but as they got bigger I could tell they were not cinnamon queens. What do you mean straight run chicks or broody hatch eggs???

Straight run chicks are not sexed, basically you get what you get.
Broody hens hatch eggs naturally. A broody hen wants to incubate and hatch a clutch of eggs.

A cockerel is a male chicken under 1 year of age.
