As far As jumbo your choice. They are all about the same in temperament.

I don't raise my quail to snuggle.

But have seen post on here of people that have.

Get them young and handle them a bunch and you shouldn't have any issues.

They seem to do better in at least trio's so they aren't alone.

Are the quail and pheasants going to be seperated? I heard pheasants can be brutal! :O

The pheasants will kill any smaller birds if you put them in the same pen.

Yes just by a fence beetween eachother

I like the jumbo brown better. The A&M seem to be more aggressive.
