What breed?

I am buying these chicks this weekend. The gentleman I'm getting them from doesn't know the breed or sex. He said they are probably "mutts" and they are 4 months old. I'm only paying 10.00 a bird. I figured the price was right...

The two that he's holding are cockerels, aren't they? He said they were pullets and some type of RIR mixes..

They look like easter eggers mixed with game breeds. Too young to be sure of gender, but the first one is most likely a pullet going by her coloring.
