It's hard to see the comb but it could very well be a bb red rosecomb like @JedJackson mentioned.

Unless you cross to another breed, rose comb Dutch are not possible. Single comb is recessive. It can't carry anything. I'm guessing black breasted red Rosecomb. Where did you get her from?
